Susanne Peck has been drawing charcoal and colored pencil portraits professionally for 23 years. Her commissions have included New York City Federal Judge Colleen McMahon and family, opera singers Francois Clemmons and Beverly Myers along with actor Richard Gere,s young son. Most recently a portrait of President Obama by Susanne Peck was gifted to the White House. Ms. Peck's classical style portraits of family members and pets hang in dozens of homes across the country and are considered exceptional in the genre of portrature.

After 23 years of residency in New York City and Westchester County, N.Y. Ms. Peck is now at home in Bristol, Vermont. In addition to being a portrait artist, she is also a career classical singer, conductor and educator, employed at Middlebury College. Her work can be viewed at local galleries including Art On Main in Bristol, Vemont.
